WORK SCHEDULE:

This position runs from March/April 2026 until October 2026, with the possibility of extension. Please anticipate around 10 - 30 hours of work per week (might vary depending on volume of work).

Summer is our busiest blackout period. For this position, you will need to be available some weekdays, most weekends, long weekends, and for split shifts, which may include late night shifts. Due to the nature of our business, the time of work will depend on the volume of event bookings. Days can vary from a single task to a full day. Flexibility is key!

RATE OF PAY:

$22.00 - $25.00/hour during regular hours (5:00 a.m to 9:59 p.m) - based on experience

$33.00 - $37.50/hour during after hours (10:00 p.m to 4:59 a.m) - based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BRING ALONG:

  • MANDATORY: At least 1 year in experience in up to 5’ ton truck driving, warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar field and a clean driving record

  • MANDATORY: Kindness

  • MANDATORY: Organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-moving, hands-on environment

  • MANDATORY: A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

  • MANDATORY: Team player with a positive, calm, and solutions-focused attitude

  • A strong safety-first mindset, driving with care, confidence, and attention to detail

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership over routes and deliveries

  • Enjoyment of hands-on work, including loading, unloading, and securing inventory

  • Care and respect for inventory, with an understanding that many items are delicate and one-of-a-kind

  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to speak up if something feels off or unsafe

  • The ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team player

  • Flexibility and a level-headed approach when schedules or plans change

  • Pride in representing a women-led company

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Safely drive and deliver in vehicles sizing up to 26’

  • Maintain general truck and warehouse organization and cleanliness

  • Loading, unloading and moving inventory by hand, dolly, or basic material handling

  • Verifying orders as described on packing slips/delivery notifications

  • Organize and safely load orders on trucks

  • Perform vehicle inspections (such as checking fluids, tire pressure, etc)

  • Communicate with the Warehouse Manager and Office Team to ensure smooth processes and happy clients

  • Wedding, Event, Home Staging, & Interior Decor simple set ups (including, but not limited to: loading, unloading, packing/unpacking items, setting up arches, backdrops, assembling furniture pieces, such as beds, couches, chairs, tables, desks, shelving, etc.)

  • Wedding, Event, Home Staging & Interior Decor tear down (carefully disassembling, & re-packing decor, loading & unloading)
