What’s surprising is the lack of contrast creates a soft, contemporary feel. This monochromatic color approach is an easy way to be bold in your palette, without having to pick and choose complimentary colors.

Maximalism isn’t just throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks — it’s more intentional than it seems. The core of this aesthetic is building layers upon layers. This style bends all the rules with vibrant, playful colours, punchy patterns layered with different textures.

Modern Wabi Sabi Movement
This is our take on a neutral classic. It’s calming, serene, thoughtful but uncomplicated. With this style, you’re going to want to play with shapes and textures.
Add interest with visible texture, like burl wood accents, boucle, or natural stone. Create unique silhouettes by bringing in soft curves, organic shapes, and sculptural accents for a clean, sophisticated design. You’ll want to avoid sharp edges in this design to maintain its softness.

Indulge in Decadent Details
It’s styles like this that make us glad things come back around. The glamorous Hollywood Regency era making a strong comeback. And it’s giving plush velvet upholstery, rich jewel tones, moody lighting and the use of satins, tassels and decorative trims to create a sense of luxury. While there is some 1920’s Gatsby influence here, it’s less art deco and more “Gatsby all grown up with adult money” - if you catch our drift?
