WORK SCHEDULE: Due to the nature of the business and events, a flexible schedule is required. Tuesday to Saturday during the peak season from May to December, Monday to Friday from January to April.

RATE OF PAY: $55,000 - $60,000.00 annually depending on experience

You thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are skilled at balancing multiple priorities while keeping service standards high. You build trust quickly with both clients and teammates, communicate clearly, and naturally step in to resolve issues with calm, solution-focused thinking.

You also enjoy coaching, developing, and motivating a team. You take ownership of processes, look for ways to improve efficiency, and understand how strong internal communication between showroom, office, and warehouse teams directly impacts client satisfaction. You lead by example, aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed, and take pride in creating an environment where both clients and the team feel cared for and supported.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

The Client Services Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while leading and supporting the Order Creators and Rentals team. This role acts as the bridge between clients, the office, and the warehouse, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate and timely orders, and a consistently high standard of service. You will set the tone for client care, support team development, and proactively resolve issues to keep both clients and the team happy.

Client Experience & Showroom Operations

  • Set, model, and maintain the Bespoke standard for client care across all touchpoints.

  • Greet clients, oversee front-of-house operations, and ensure all client needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, questions, and concerns, using feedback to improve services and team performance.

  • Assist with client consultations when needed, including clients requiring additional support or attention.

  • Handle escalated client concerns, last-minute changes, and urgent issues with calm, solution-focused decision making (“putting out fires” as needed).

  • Ensure consultation spaces, showroom, warehouse, and personal workstations are clean, organized, and client-ready at all times.

  • Oversee opening and closing duties of showroom and warehouse.

Order & Rental Operations

  • Support Order Creators with daily tasks including phones, emails, quote making, and order finalization.

  • Create and review quotes and assist clients in finalizing rental orders.

  • Ensure all rental orders are accurate, complete, and properly documented.

  • Confirm orders are packed correctly and ready for pickup or delivery on time.

  • Oversee returns, ensure timely processing, and apply late fees when applicable.

  • Assist with last-minute packing, order verification, will-call pickups, and returns as needed.

  • Collect data related to inventory needs and assist with inventory acquisition planning.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and support the Order Creators and Rentals team, providing feedback and guidance when necessary.

  • Ensure coverage across the team; be trained and able to step into any team role when required.

  • Promote team satisfaction, morale, and professional development.

  • Conduct quarterly team touch-base meetings and regular check-ins.

  • Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, training, and team development initiatives.

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between showroom, office, and warehouse teams.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Regularly audit procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high levels of client care.

  • Identify gaps in workflows and implement improvements where needed.

  • Create departmental goals in collaboration with the General Manager/Owner.

  • Pull monthly reports on department performance and present insights directly to the Owner.

  • Administration work as required

  • Executing multiple large projects as assigned

  • Completing tasks as required
