FIRST UP
You’ll meet with a Bespoke Lead Designer for a complimentary consultation. Here we’ll learn more about your vision, style and confirm that we’ll be a good fit for this highly personalized service. We can provide more insight to the options within the We Design service and answer all your questions.
To make the most of the consultation experience, it’s best if you have:
✓ A confirmed venue
✓ A confirmed event date
✓ An idea of overall style/vibe/inspiration you can share - pictures or Pinterest boards are super helpful
✓ An idea of investment expectations
Step Two
SAVING YOUR DATE
When you are excited to proceed with our Bespoke design services, we kindly require an initial (non-refundable) payment of $1500 to initiate the creative process.
Once received, we’ll begin by preparing a visual vibe board and high level budget to ensure perfect alignment in vision, expectations and investment.
Step Three
THE DESIGN PROCESS
12 months prior
Once the overall vision and investment have been approved, your designer will begin crafting your Bespoke wedding design. Throughout this process, we will conceptualize ideas, develop design renderings, establish more detailed budgets, and outline initial logistics. The creative process can begin as soon as twelve months prior to your wedding date.
We welcome your feedback on the creative aspects and investment throughout the design and planning stages. Your input is valuable as we work towards aligning the end result with your vision and expectations!

Step Five
THE HOMESTRETCH
2 weeks before
Leading up to the day(s) of the wedding, Bespoke will be coordinating with all other vendors involved to ensure smooth execution. We will meticulously craft a schedule that allows us to smoothly set up, flip (if applicable) and take down once the celebrations are winding down. You won’t have to worry about a thing!
The last (most important step!) is that you’re able to fully enjoy and celebrate this once-in-a lifetime celebration day with your loved ones!
