WORK SCHEDULE: AUGUST 1, 2025 - JULY 31, 2026. 
*opportunity to extend or convert to full‑time

Tuesday to Saturday in the Summer and Winter, Monday to Friday in the Fall & Spring

RATE OF PAY: $50,000 - $55,000 annually depending on experience 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: As a Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds our event operations together — overseeing timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring large scale projects are executed to perfection. You'll work closely with your own clients, internal departments, and external vendors to bring designs from concept to flawless execution.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • Conduct consultations and client meetings to educate them on Bespoke services and provide the best recommendations

  • Effectively communicate with clients (on the phone/in-person consultations/via e-mail) from start to finish, providing excellent customer service with a friendly, positive, kind and helpful demeanor

  • Managing emails and phone calls on a very timely basis

  • Creating orders and checking inventory stock, pricing and availability and team availability (deliveries)

  • Work alongside Senior Lead Designers to design events, displays, holiday activations and more in a range of styles and scale

  • Meet with clients at Bespoke Decor and various locations for site visits, planning meetings, finalization meetings, etc.

  • Handling and organizing custom design plans for corporate clients, displays, and activations, etc.

  • Responsible for coordinating subrentals, sourcing, etc.

  • Ensuring overall event logistics align with event timelines

  • Efficiently communicating with entire Bespoke Decor team for deadlines (ex: custom builds, calligraphy, etc)

  • Help with research on sourcing and getting initial quotes for any outsourced services/items

  • Keep track of all client timelines and ensure asana (task management software) is up to date to reflect each client’s progress and updates

  • Assisting with communicating and collaborating with clients and other vendors (florists, caterers, other decor companies)

  • Obtaining creative content for signage, sending final files to print and cross referencing all creative printed materials

  • Reviewing and cross referencing all client orders to ensure information is accurate and up to date

  • Clear communication with the Bespoke team to ensure smooth and efficient processes

  • Help with event prep including pick up/drop off decor items

  • Leading the team onsite for set-up and tear down

  • Event tear down (carefully re-packing decor)

  • Able to take directions and feedback from Lead designers

  • Able to oversee/lead the loading and unloading of the truck when setting up/ tearing down

  • Look over budgets

  • Administration work as required

  • Projects as assigned

  • Completing tasks as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING ALONG:
