In our collaborative wedding design service, you do a little and we do a little! We’ll work together creatively to ensure your goals and vision are being met within budget. This offering is meant for clients who have a strong idea of what they want their wedding vibe to be, but just need a little help getting from vision to execution.
You’ll take the wheel in communicating your style guidelines and what Bespoke pieces you may be interested in incorporating to the design.
You’ll work alongside a Bespoke Designer to tackle some of your most important design areas. We work collaboratively with you on the design, and help add on any services needed to execute the vision!
HOW IT WORKS
We’ll sit down together to discuss your vision, style preferences, establish a budget. you’d like to work within, and design priorities before beginning the collaborative design process.
In this collab, you’re able to maintain creative leadership, manage your budget and gain peace of mind that you’re taken care of on the wedding day!
Once we have an idea of what you’re looking for, you’ll choose two areas from our ✨ Design Menu ✨ that we’ll focus our creative efforts on.
Outside of the two selected design areas, you’ll take the reins! However, your Bespoke designer will be there to offer advice or support if you need a bit of guidance.
Want to add more design areas? No problem! You can add on additional areas from the ✨ Design Menu ✨ for an additional fee.

Full access to the Bespoke rental collection
A thorough consultation, design process, and finalization meeting throughout the planning process
A curated mood board and design renderings for your chosen ✨ Design Menu ✨ areas
Coordinated logistics with fellow vendors and venue for a smooth execution
Delivery, set up, styling, strike and retrieval of all Bespoke items

Kindly note this service has a minimum investment of $8000. To begin the design process with your Bespokie, an initial (non-refundable) payment of $1500 is required. Once received, the design process will begin with creation of a moodboard, design renderings and high level budget and timeline details.
We invite you to come in for a consultation to review these options with you! The combinations may seem endless, but we’ll help you allocate your budget, select rentals, prioritize your design to ensure style is on point.
