Our 2,400 square feet, open concept floor plan provides a versatile, private venue for your next social gathering, brand activation, temporary photo studio or intimate wedding celebration.

what is included:

Private use of The Showroom
Professional onsite staff attendant throughout your event
Ongoing communication with a dedicated Showroom team member 

The Showroom is available for $190 per hour (minimum 8 hours). 
Additional costs: Cleaning fee – $150 and Security/damage deposit – $300
Exclusive access to all Bespoke Decor inventory and styling services 

Kindly note that The Showroom is not wheelchair accessible.

Event Rentals & Design Services Available from Bespoke Decor

The Showroom is a blank slate, allowing you to customize it to your individual needs. Conveniently located on the other side of The Showroom door lives the largest collection of furniture, decor, linens, cutlery and unique pieces in the city. For booking the space, all items will be available at an exclusive discounted rate of 15% off.

Services are available a la carte and can include event design, set up and tear down, custom built or branded items. We are here to make your rental of The Showroom a positive experience, let us know how we can help!

Ensuring a sparkly clean and safe space for you to celebrate!

We were clean before, but now we sparkle (and smell a bit like sanitizer… but in a good way). In light of COVID-19, we are following government mandated gathering limitations and increased cleaning procedures. All hard surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between use. 

  • Availability is subject to change without notice as government mandates are announced. 
  • Physical distancing must be followed at all times. Your capacity will be determined on needs required to meet a minimum of 6 feet between guests. The space will be measured for you, please follow markers to ensure physical distance is kept. 
  • Access to the designated “Showroom” area only
  • Access to 1 washroom only
  • We will do our best to work with you in a contactless way to respect social distance measures. We’re happy to coordinate through the phone, email or video chat! 
  • Our space is thoroughly cleaned prior to each celebration 
  • All hard surfaces are sprayed with a food safe sanitizer
  • All drapes, linens and fabrics are being professionally laundered
  • All upholstered furniture is steam cleaned and subject to a 7 day quarantine period
