Wedding decor package: $7500
The excitement, high fives and dang good service go without saying.
What your wedding decor package includes:
- A complimentary initial consultation to find out what you’re dreamin’ of
(and how we can make it happen)
- A mutual Pinterest board (don’t worry if pinning’s not your thing)
- One tour of your venue space to assess needs, brainstorm floorplans and get the design process underway
- Creation of a personalized decor plan based on your unique personalities, venue and ideas
- Access to the Bespoke Decor Rental Collection (including an exclusive selection only available to our packaged clients) (Note: Harvest tables + vineyard chairs are available at an additional price)
- Custom built elements
- Custom designed “day of” stationery by Meg White
- Professionally drawn chalkboards and signs (large scale backdrop installations and placecards available at an additional price)
- Personal shopping for tailored decor
- A finalization meeting one month prior to the wedding day
- Round trip delivery and retrieval of all Bespoke Decor items
- Styling and set up of all Bespoke Decor items
- Take down of all Bespoke Decor items
- Up to one mid-day turnover* (ex: taking down the ceremony and putting up a killer lounge)

Once you’re locked in to our calendar (a 50% deposit is due upon booking), sit back and enjoy the stellar customer service of the Bespoke Decor team! Leave us to get all creative on your event! We will work hard to create some magic for ya.

- Available to Vancouver, Whistler, Pemberton and the Lower Mainland. Venues further than 20km from the Bespoke Decor warehouse subject to additional charges
- Harvest tables and vineyard chairs are available at an additional price
- Multiple sites subject to additional charges
- Sub-rentals up to the discretion of Bespoke Decor and will be subject to a sourcing fee
- Set up windows of 2 hours or less will see a charge for additional staffing
- Flips* must be “back to back” on timeline (ex: if we have to wait on site for more than 45 minutes to flip, additional charges will apply)
- All rentals and full decor orders are subject to a non-refundable damage waiver. With this full decor package, a $500 non-refundable damage waiver will be applied. This will cover all our decor for usual wear and tear and light stains while at your event. Anything outside of usual wear and tear or weather damage may have additional charges for repair or replacement.
