FULL DESIGN PACKAGE

CREATING good vibes THROUGH THOUGHTFUL DESIGN

This package is designed to create an overall design and vibe to all aspects of your wedding.

We will work with you (or surprise you!) to create beautiful, unique and tailored designs that truly highlight who you are, what you love and the vibe you want to create. We work hard to create warm, inviting and love filled atmospheres through thoughtful design.

This package has a minimum spend of $10,000
+ $700 non-refundable damage waiver + tax

We hope you will find all the starting information you need here – but please come in to meet us! We want to make sure we are a good style + personality fit before getting started in creating some magic together.

We will start with a complimentary consultation with the owner of Bespoke or a Senior Lead Designer. We’ll go over the details of the package in as much detail as you’d like – and find out what you’re dreaming of and how we can make it happen.

 

CREATING A CUSTOM DESIGN.

(valued at $6,000)

A DEDICATED LEAD DESIGNER. You’ll be working one on one with a damn good designer who will work hard to execute our collective vision.

CREATION OF A MOOD BOARD. A visual vibe.

A SITE VISIT OF YOUR VENUE. We will walk through the space together to discuss flow, floorplans and starting design plans.

A CUSTOM DESIGN FROM A TO Z (AND A RAIN PLAN IF REQUIRED). We will start with directional signs, move into ceremony, then reception and make sure that every area of your wedding will be designed.

A FLOORPLAN. Before great design comes excellent spatial and logistical planning.

DIRECTION ON YOUR FLORAL DESIGN. We will work closely with your florist to create a design complementary to the flowers – within your allocated flower budget.

COORDINATION WITH FELLOW VENDORS. We will connect with your wedding venue, planner/coordinator, florist, caterer and anyone else required to guarantee a smooth set up.

A FINALIZATION MEETING WITH YOUR LEAD DESIGNER. We will answer remaining questions, review final details and timeline.

BESPOKE FEATURES

(valued at $10,000)

Every package includes a combination of custom design and build elements including:

• Full access to the Bespoke inventory collection – including one custom design lounge

• One of a kind stationery designed for your wedding (we can match to your invitation if preferred). Think menus, placecards, seating charts, stickers, etc.

• Professionally handlettered chalkboards and signs. Think welcome signs, seating charts, etc.

• Custom built pieces. Think donut walls, seating charts, backdrops, etc.

• Personal shopping for tailored decor. This is your wedding! All the small details should be a reflection of that.

EXECUTION

(valued at $4,200)

Delivery + retrieval of the Bespoke collection items filling a 16’ truck.

Flawless set up of the wedding.

Efficient strike of the wedding.

As many hugs or high fives as you’d like – this is a celebration after all!

Q: WILL I SAVE MONEY GOING TO A LA CARTE?
A: Nope! This package is valued at over $20,000 with a la carte pricing.

Q: WHAT’S NEXT?
A: Let us know what you’re thinking! Come in for a consultation to ask any questions you may have. We want you feeling confident and excited before making this investment.

Q: WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
A: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remainder will be due 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Q: COULD THIS PACKAGE GO BEYOND THE QUOTED $10,000? (PLUS $700 NON REFUNDABLE DAMAGE/CLEANING FEE)
A: Yes, but only if you want to add more rentals, custom elements or something that will require service above the alloted amount in this package.

Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN THIS PACKAGE ACCOMMODATE?
A: It is best suited for a wedding of up to 150 guest – beyond this additional budget may be required.

OPTIONAL ADD ONS:

Dining tables. Reclaimed wood harvest tables (8’ rectangle).
Cost: 50% off regular rental rate + $25 labour per table + delivery.

Dining chairs. We stock ghost armchairs, vineyard chairs and white bentwoods.
Cost: 50% off regular rental rate + $1 labour per chair + delivery.

Additional bespoke features outside of package scope.

Additional sub rentals or sub rental set up. Examples: charger plates, tables, linens, chairs, uplighting, etc.

Multiple locations. This package includes 1 location. Additional locations are available at a la carte pricing.

Venue flips. Flips are available at a la carte pricing for labour.

Optional additional delivery truck and design costs 

Garbage + cardboard removal (anything outside of garbage that bespoke has produced). Examples: boxes from flower deliveries, packaging, guest rubbish. Cost: $75

Floral removal (flowers will be composted). Cost: $75

 

SMALL PRINT

Floral is not included in this package. We will work with your florist to create a design, but all fees will be paid directly to the florist.

This package is available to Vancouver, Whistler, Pemberton and the Lower Mainland. Venues further than 40km from the Bespoke Warehouse subject to additional charges.

Set up windows of 2 hours or less will be subject to additional staffing fees. (Brockhouse exempt, no additional charges)

Strike windows of 2 hours or less will be subject to additional staffing fees. (Brockhouse exempt, no additional charges)

Booking this package is up to the discretion of Bespoke Decor, and may be refused. 

*All rentals and full design orders are subject to a non refundable damage waiver. With this particular package, a $700 non refundable damage waiver will be applied. This will cover you for light wear and tear and cleaning fees.

Note: anything outside usual wear and tear including WEATHER DAMAGE/DEW DAMAGE will have additional charges for repair or replacement.
