Colour is great. Honestly- we love it to death. We spend tons of time dreaming up colour palettes to fall in love with and love to spotlight unique antique pieces with bold pops of colour. But every once in a while, a break from the colour is so welcome. Lately we’ve been dreaming of an all white wedding. Not just mostly white- but all white. And I don’t think it needs to be bleh at all. Ready to be inspired?
ONE: This ruffled cake is just perfect- simple, textural, and lacking none of the character of a colourful cake.
TWO: Simple white linens shine with glass chargers and simple calligraphy. Bonus that it’s what is included in most venue rentals!
THREE: We think white tuxes have gotten a bad name. But this perfectly fitted suit is anything but flashy. The neutral details and subtle buttoner make this look one to steal.
FOUR: This beaded dress takes the all white wedding gown and ups the class. There’s nothing boring about this dress!
FIVE: Blind letterpress- or letterpress without the ink is such a statement when paired with gorgeous calligraphy for an all white affair.
SIX: Layering details in the same colour (white!) lends visual interest to colourless decor- these signs with those chairs and the sequin linens? I’d say they did it right.
SEVEN: Bridesmaids decked out in head to toe white can look crazy classy. I guarantee, your wedding gown will still steal the show.
EIGHT: It’s no doubt all white florals are stunning. Our only challenge here was picking which one of the 100s of gorgeous white bouquets to feature!
Would you consider all white or are you a sucker for colour? I am all about those invitations right now… and that gown. But really, those could go with any colour palette!
