What your wedding decor package includes:
- A complimentary initial consultation to find out what you’re dreamin’ of (and how we can make it happen)
- A tailored inspiration board to assist in defining your personal wedding style
- A tour of your venue
- A creation of a personalized decor plan (to make it your wedding!)
- Access to the Bespoke Decor Rental Collection (including an exclusive selection only available to our packaged clients) (Note: Harvest tables + Vineyard chairs are available at an additional + discounted price when booked in a package)
- Custom built details – skies the limit!
- Custom designed “day of” stationery by Meg White (up to 150 single sided copies of each item)
- Professionally drawn chalkboards and signs (backdrops and placecards available at an additional cost)
- Incorporation of personal items
- Personal shopping for tailored decor
- A finalization meeting one month prior to the wedding day
- Round trip delivery and retrieval of all Bespoke Decor items
- Styling and set up of all Bespoke Decor items
- Take down of all Bespoke Decor items
- Up to one mid-day turnover (ex: taking down the ceremony and putting up a killer lounge)

Once you’re locked in to our calendar (a 50% deposit is due upon booking), sit back and enjoy the stellar customer service of our #seriouslyawesome styling team, and let us get all creative on your event! Your guests will wonder how you threw such a kick-ass party–without breaking a sweat (and don’t worry, we won’t tell).

- Venues further than 20km from the Bespoke Decor Warehouse subject to aditional charges.
- Multiple sites subject to additional charges
- Sub-rentals up to the discretion of Bespoke Decor
- Set up windows of 2 hours or less may require additional staffing
